Yoga is a practice involving the mind and body that can help build strength and flexibility, while reducing pain and managing stress and anxiety. This course is designed for children and their caregivers to explore a more holistic approach to constipation and encopresis. It is divided into Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced poses. Each pose is demonstrated by Annette along with a child to show your child exactly how to do it. Each video is also accompanied by a printable handout showing the pose, the benefit of the pose and a description of it.
